1,939 PointsIf I ever update Android Studio, will I have to do this all over again?
I downloaded the latest version first, and I was having lots of problems, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the version Treehouse gave me. It's working fine now, but I was just wondering if I updated Android Studio, would I have to remake these emulators? (Emulators was what I was having problems with previously.)

1,939 PointsThanks for replying! I am using Genymotion, but I was having issues with it, and after lots of tinkering around, I finally got it to somehow work, which is when I posted this question. Since then, Genymotion has stopped working again... I'm glad to hear that I won't have to go through the same problems when I update.

28,449 PointsI am not exactly sure about that, but my answer would be no. I don't see a reason your data would be deleted because of an update (unless the device you use is removed).
However, I highly recommend you get to know Genymotion. It's free (for most features) and it's a lot lighter and easier to work with. You'll get used to it very quickly and will never again worry about emulators. (I myself use it since I dont have a smartphone right now). You may be sceptical at first, but please give it a chance :)
