im calling document.write but the words "document.write" are showing up in the preview and the answer is incorrect

why is the above incorrect?

you forgot an opening <script> tag

You accidentally deleted the start of the <script> area

The challenge gave you a pair of script tags and your new code should be placed between them. But it looks like you removed the first one.
