I'm getting a syntax error that I don't understand.

It would be nice if after an hour of banging my head against my desk treehouse would demonstrate some mercy and just reveal the correct code so I could see my mistake. I know that's not how it works in real life but at a certain point, a brick wall is no longer helpful.

script.js
for ( var i = 4; i=<156; i+=1) {
  console.log(i);
}
