Am i supposed to use int(self) instead of the length attribute in my comparison equations? Just wanted to make sure I'm at least thinking the right way
class Song:
def __init__(self, artist, title, length):
self.artist = artist
self.title = title
self.length = length
def __int__(self):
return self.length()
def __eq__(self, other):
return self.length == other.length
def __lt__(self, other):
return self.length < other.length

231,198 PointsIn the int conversion, since "length
" is a property and not a method, it should not be followed by parentheses.
Also, with the conversion installed, all the comparisons can be made just by converting "self" into an int and comparing it directly with the "other". For example:
def __eq__(self, other):
return int(self) == other
