I'm getting an error trying to upload the images to the Workspace: "Sorry, this upload was unsuccessful."

The full text is "Sorry, this upload was unsuccessful. Please try again by selecting all the files within the directory." I am selecting all the files but no luck. I have tried both Safari and Chrome browsers.

make sure you extract the files from the downloaded zip archive first before dragging it in. Have you extracted the files in the archive?

Yes - I extracted the files and then selected all of them and dragged them onto the Workspace. One weird thing I just noticed: when I start to drag the files out of the folder the 'badge' lists 10, but as I hover over the Workspace drop zone the badge goes to 0. I can drag them anywhere else and the badge stays at 10 - it only changes to 0 in the Workspace.

hm try dragging the entire extracted folder into the workspace, not the individual images

Nope - no go. When I drag the folder I see a + badge but no number at all and I get the same error message.
