HTML How to Make a Website HTML First Use HTML Elements

I'm going in circles

I have created index.html, gone thru the css section I take the quiz and click resume course I get returned to the beginning of html section and cant get out of this loop. Can somebody please tell me what I am doing wrong?

The resume button should take you to the entire list of course in your track or course. You can then find the video/challenge/quiz that you should be starting next. :-)
