I'm looking for a designer..

Hey all

I'm starting to put together some websites for friends and family and people I know. I have found a little niche of customers without websites that I am trying to take advantage of (in a nice way :) ). However, I am seriously lacking when it comes to UX and design in general. (There are also a LOT of companies here with TERRIBLE websites) I am looking to work with someone or some people to design sites that I will then do the code. At first it will be volunteer (so we can both build a portfolio), if anyone offers to pay, obviously I will split the profits with you. Lets build our portfolios, learn and make money together. If you don't find someone who is willing to work for you, just check some freelancing websites. You might find some talented people there who are willing to give you some help.
