Hi there! Currently, you are writing to the document the string "player!". What they're looking for is for you to write to the document "Jasmine" which is contained in the variable player.

document.write(player);

When you put quotes around something you are saying that it's a string literal. This means that it will be exactly that that prints out. However, if you leave off the quotes it looks for a variable and retrieves the value (which may very well be a string) stored there.

Hope this helps! :sparkles:
