I'm not able to get ts-node to work.

I installed TS Node but I can't get it to work. It throws a 'module not found' error.

I removed the line in the tsconfig.json re: isolatedModules and both that and my package.json files are in the project-files folder but things still seem to be broken.

I did note that the tsconfig file had a slightly different set up to the one shown in previous videos because of some deprecated syntax. Is this possibly the reason? Is there something else that needs to be done?

I also tried installing TSX and using that but I get the same error.

Hey Nigel Reece 👋

An error saying "module not found" means that the package is not available. You'll want to make sure that it has been installed correctly, either globally or in your project directory, in order to use it. The differences in the tsconfig should not affect this 🙂
