Python Python Collections (Retired) Slices Sorting Slices

Im not sure how to do this help would be appreciated if possible

i am required to create the variable silly_list and make it equal to messy list going backwards by three numbers at a time?

lists.py
messy_list = [5, 2, 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 0, 9, -1]

# Your code goes below here
clean_list = messy_list[:]
clean_list.sort()
silly_list = messy_list[???]
