Courses Plus Student 438 PointsI'm not understanding how to add the .toUpperCase to my variable userName
Is id.toUpperCase() the correct way to make the variable id uppercase?
var id = "23188xtr";
var lastName = "Smith";
id.toUpperCase()
var userName

20,790 Pointsyou have missed the semicolon at the end try it by doing this
you can see your result by verifying it in console
var id = "23188xtr";
var lastName = "Smith";
console.log(id.toUpperCase());

var id = "23188xtr"; var lastName = "Smith";
var userName = id.toUpperCase();
