JavaScript JavaScript Basics (Retired) Making Decisions with Conditional Statements A Basic If Statement

I'm not understanding this question fully, and what it wants me to me do. I've tried a few different variations.

I have rewatched the videos and I still don't fully understand how to add this conditional statement. It says my error is Syntax: Parse

if ( parseInt(isAdmin) === true) {
  alert('Welcome administrator.');

parseInt isn't necessary but the closing curly brace is:

var isAdmin = true;
var isStudent = false;
if ( isAdmin === true) {
  alert('Welcome administrator.'); }
