I'm totally lost and discouraged. I don't know how to do this. please help

I don't know what this is asking me to do

banana.py
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(';')
menu = 'Our available flavors are: {}.'.format(sundaes)
display_menu = ', '.join(sundaes)

Hi Jonathan,

You shouldn't feel too discouraged, because you've just about got it. The only issues with your code are that your menu is being given sundaes instead of display_menu, and that display_menu is declared after the menu that uses it.

available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(';')
display_menu = ', '.join(sundaes)
menu = 'Our available flavors are: {}.'.format(display_menu)

Hope that helps!
