Alyson, you'd need to provide some more info in order for people to assist. If you're trying to setup an FTP client, you need a server. If you're leasing space from a provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc. They typically have instructions in their site or support that you can talk to. Everyone's settings are going to be specific to their hosting environment.
