gallery {

margin: 0;
padding: 0;
list-style: none;

}

gallery li {

float: left;
width: 45%;
margin: 2.5%;
background-color: #f5f5f5;
color: #bdc3c7;

}

gallery li a p {

margin: 0;
padding: 5%;
font-size: 0.75m;
color: #bdc3c7;

but after done this and selected with gallery in html file these codes are not working.

In the context of the quiz those are supposed to be applied to elements with ids, are you prefixing that with the symbol # as in #gallery, #gallery li etc?

yes i did same but not working

Hi Manish Kumar. The only difference between your code and mine is that you are missing an 'e' in this line: "font-size: 0.75(e)m;" I do not know if this is the problem causing your website to look funny.

Other than that I can only say what Pedro already said, that we cannot see the #'s in front of your gallery selectors.
