images downloading into workspaces

hey guys, when I download the sample images into workspaces it appears to download and im able to put them in an img folder. but, when I open the image its just a small box w an "x" in it. I can open the image in other windows, just not in workspaces. anyone have this issue?

Hi,

So your saying that when you look at the website , theres a small X with a box around? If yes, than your code is wrong. If that what you mean, please paste all your code here and please say where is your folder .
