Images won't upload

when I try drag and drop the files into the side bar they just continue to spin and never upload. Is this due to a slow upload speed or something on the sites end?

Could be slow upload speed. Make sure you're unzipping/extracting the project files before you try to drag and drop, as it won't work from within a zip file.

You could also try uploading via "File > Upload File" in the Workspace.

Try logging out then back in,

Try restarting your browser,

Try using a different browser,

They are all my usual suggestions for this problem.
