why we have to include java.util.date class in Example.java when it is already imported in BlogPost.java

56,413 PointsBecause classes act as black boxes, when we import BlogPost into our source we (and the compiler) will have no idea what is going on inside it, only what the public methods and fields are. The imports inside BlogPost won't cross over to other source files we import inside it. If we want to use Date in our source, we'll need to import that was well.
