I have some problems with this
In the next series of code challenges, you'll write the code to talk to the Open Weather Map API. It provides weather information for cities around the world. Start by creating a variable named weatherAPI.
$(document).ready(function() {
var weatherAPI =
});
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title>What's the Weather Like?</title>
<script src="jquery.js"></script>
<script src="weather.js"></script>
</head>
<body>
<div id="main">
<h1>Current temperature: <span id="temperature"></span>°</h1>
</div>
</body>
</html>

22,831 PointsHi Martin,
Try
var weatherAPI;
Because you just have to create the variable. You are using the = behind it while your not giving it a value, this will create a javascript error, because when u use = you have to define a value behind it.

$(document).ready(function() {
var weatherAPI;
});
