Incorrect Assignment Parameters on Task 4

The assignment task was to change the color of the text and background to any color of MY choosing. However, that is NOT the case. You MUST choose #f5f5f5 for the text and #bdc3c7 for the background colors. You should probably update the assignment text to reflect this since it doesn't work with choosing your own colors.

What values did you try Jack? I was able to get this to pass with the following CSS:

  #gallery li {
    float: left;
    width: 45%;
    margin: 2.5%;
    background-color: #123ABC;
    color: lime;
  }

I think I figured it out. It seems to take issue with short hand values (i.e. #fff). Using full hex values seems to work fine. Still a bit odd. Are short hand hex values considered "bad practice"?
