I dont understand the question. Can you help me out? Ive done my coding and cant seem to find the problem with my code

That last hint they gave you ... when they say "Use base
to initialize NumSides to 4". They mean 4 .. literally.
So you don't want to pass it your side length .. you just pas it a 4 ( base(4)
).
Otherwise, I think you have it.
