I try this but its not work

Have you tried adding those words without the quotation marks?

That is, like,

<li>contact</li>

instead of

<li>"contact"</li>

OK, then maybe try with capitalization - sometimes Treehouse challenges are case-sensitive:

so

<li>Contact</li>

instead of

<li>contact</li>
