Install of java JDK 7 (32) and android studio

So can someone explain in detail or will give me your email so you can walk me thru the set up. I thought I had everything set up right but the javac -version. I couldn't get that to function correctly so I deleted all javas including java entertainment 5.0, I think, and uninstalled android studios and now I'm stuck and can't figure it out.

Please help!
