Integrating PHP with Databases

Hello community

I've solved the challenge with this code:

/*

  • helper.php contains
  • $results->query("SELECT member_id, email, fullname, level FROM members"); */ $query = $results->fetchAll(PDO::FETCH_ASSOC); foreach ($query as $key => $value) { send_offer($value['member_id'],$value['email'],$value['fullname'],$value['level']); }

But is there a better way to do this? instead of hardcoding the arguments inside the send_offer function?
