Integrating with PayPal: HTML forms(PHP)

I am totally stumped on this doe challenge.. any help will be much obliged

Next, we need the flavor selected in the dropdown to be submitted to this process.php file. We need to be able to access it in the “flavor” element of the $_POST array, like this: $_POST["flavor"]. What two changes do we need to make to the HTML? (Hint. We need to add two new attributes. The first needs to be added to one existing HTML element, the second needs to be added to a different existing HTML element.)

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
    <title>Ye Olde Ice Cream Shoppe</title>
</head>
<body>

    <p>Your order has been created. What flavor of ice cream would you like to add to it?</p>

    <form action="process.php">

        <label for="flavor">Flavor</label>
        <select id="flavor">
            <option value="">&#8212; Select &#8212;</option>
            <option value="Vanilla">Vanilla</option>
            <option value="Chocolate">Chocolate</option>
            <option value="Strawberry">Strawberry</option>
            <option value="Cookie Dough">Cookie Dough</option>
        </select>

        <input type="submit" value="Update Order">

    </form>

Solved it finally...!!! :)

<body>

    <p>Your order has been created. What flavor of ice cream would you like to add to it?</p>

    <form action="process.php" method="post">
    <input type="hidden" name="order_id" value="7546">
        <label for="flavor">Flavor</label>
        <select id="flavor" name="flavor">
            <option value="">&#8212; Select &#8212;</option>
            <option value="Vanilla">Vanilla</option>
            <option value="Chocolate">Chocolate</option>
            <option value="Strawberry">Strawberry</option>
            <option value="Cookie Dough">Cookie Dough</option>
        </select>

        <input type="submit" value="Update Order">

    </form>

</body>
</html>

Use the attributes gone over in the videos to tell the form what method to use, to submit the names of the input .

though i may be wrong, your solution only tackles the first half...of the problem.. what do i add to the select variable? and going over the video has yet to help me... as i find them a little over my my head thanks for the help on the first part though :)

I should have written, name of the select element.

<?php

// VALUE corresponds to the value of the name attribute of an element.

$_POST['VALUE']

?>

Or is it ID. I forget, anyways, you need the name attribute.
