Internal Server Error after adding htaccess

I've added the htaccess file to my project folder; but as soon as I did that I encountered this message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I've tried to uncomment LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so in

wamp\bin\apache...\conf\http.conf.build

but still isn't working.

Please let me know if you guys come up with a solution.
