Introduction to Obj - Structs to Objects - what?

These videos and exercises seem to be skipping some fairly vital information....what on earth does he do at 5:22 - 5:26 in this video (keyboard shortcut that's not explained?) to create an implementation?

He copied the bottom two lines, deleted everything after Sphere and pasted the copied lines under Sphere
