Is a video missing from the PHPUnit course?

A video may be missing in the PHPUnit course. Between the "Test Doubles" video and the "Challenges with Test Doubles" video. The beginning of the "Challenges" video makes it seem like some kind of coding took place (but I don't see that video available).

I am also interested in knowing the answer to this. He mentions that he will show us how some of these test doubles are implemented, but then it just skips to the course summary video.
