is new generation macbook pro 13' good enough for IOS developing ?

I am wondering that 13' macbook pro with 2.4Gz processer i5, 8G memory is enough to develop an app or not?

That will do just fine!

Even fourth generation is just fine ? Would you mind letting me know what one do you think will be good for developing apps ? Thank you very much

Make sure it can run the latest Xcode and OSX. If so you should be good to go. I have a iMac that is 5 years old. I code with that from time to time.
