8,378 PointsIs PHP Boolean case sensitive?
I know JavaScript is case sensitive but I am wondering about php. In the Booleans section the teacher used capital letters.Example
<?php
$boolean = TRUE;
echo $boolean;
// is it the same as this below
$boolean = true;
echo $boolean;
?>

They are not case-sensitive, but the general consensus among PHP coders is to use all upper-case. It's more of a stylistic preference than an actual syntax rule.

Here is the PHP Manual on booleans: http://php.net/manual/en/language.types.boolean.php
