If you were asked to add more styling to the #wrapper ID, then what you have would be correct. But, I think you may have misread Task three's instructions, which say:
Select the element with the ID logo
This is a new selector with the ID of "logo" ... not the "wrapper" ID. So, yes, you need a new line for the new selector.

1,578 PointsIf you are referring to the HTML lesson that requests you to link your social media in the footer section, then yes, that is allowed.
If not, I would need to see your code for me to further understand what you are talking about.
