is there a bug?

Problem seems to be easy and my code runs properly in pycharm, but here I can't get the right answer.

membership.py
store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]

time = 10

if time in store_hours:
  store_open = True
else:
  store_open = False

You shouldn't set time yourself. Remove the line time = 10 and it will work.

The code challenge is telling you that he is going to set the variable "time" for you, so you don't have to make it.

store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]

if time in store_hours:
    store_open = True
else:
    store_open = False
