Is there a ruler function [like in Word/etc.] so you can judge where to place platforms and/or coins?

I'm trying to find out whether there's a ruler function - similar to that of Word, that'll show around the game window to enable me to define where I'm placing items (e.g. platforms/coins/etc.).

I've gone into Developer tools in Chrome where there is a ruler of sorts, but it's not very effective and doesn't line up fully with the game window. I'd like a ruler that marks the pixels, i.e. a scale of 800 along the X axis and 600 along Y axis, if that makes sense?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Thank you Mitch Singh

I tried the ruler but it seems to run beyond 800 pixels on the X axis? I'm not sure if I need to amend the settings at some point to set it to 800 x 600?

I'll continue to try it out though. Thanks again.
