Is there a tutorial in this website about creating login and registration forms with PHP using phpmyadmin?

I am looking for creating registration and login form in my website.

You do not create login forms through phpMyAdmin. phpMyAdmin is a graphical interface built with PHP to interact with MYSQL. You may use phpMyAdmin to analyze some of the data visually about the form submissions or to view the data.

phpMyAdmin is not needed to use PHP and MYSQL. Think of it as an addon tool to make some things easier for some people who may not want to use MYSQL on the command line.
