Is there a way to auto-create a closing bracket when I open one? Ex: "{" automatically generates "}"

Originally, workspaces did this for me, but for some reason it's no longer enabled.

Yes, there is! Not sure if workspace got it, i don't think otherwise thy would mention. A good text editor is sublime text 2. I love it! It makes live easier by closing the other half and getting down the code much faster :)

There are quiet a few text editors that will do that for you. If you're use to Workspace here on Team Treehouse, you should look into Adobe's free solution; 'Brackets'. It works very similar to Workspaces.
