is there another way to download image for the structure the image gallery video ? because my files come back as damaged and can't be opened

You have quite a few options. You can download "zip" packages of just the images or the entire project files. Those are not image files but file packages you can open with common utility programs.

You could also launch the workspace and use the download option in it.

And you could run the workspace preview and use your browser to save the individual images when you display them.
