It's the right lines of code, but the indentation (horizontal spacing) is wrong. All of the code that belongs to the for loop has to be indented to be one level deeper than the for loop declaration. Like this:

def loopy(items):
    # Code goes here
    for item in items:
        if item[0] == 'a':
            continue
        else:
            print(item)

In Python getting the indentation right is just as important as having the right lines of code.
