Is Track "Learn Java" required before Track "Beginner Android Development" (or does the Android course cover all)?

Basically, entire question is in the title.

:point_right: If you look at the course description for Build a Simple Android App (the first course of Beginner Android Development), you will see the following:

For best results, we recommend first taking these prerequisite courses...

So perhaps you don't need the entire Learn Java track, but a little more than half of it.
