You're targeting a ul inside of an element with a class of .contact-info. You want to target the ul that has a class of .contact-info. So you can either delete the ul afterwards, which will target any element that has the class contact-info:

styles.css
.contact-info {
   font-size: 0.9em;
   margin: 0;
   padding:0;
   list-style: none;
}

or move it directly before .contact-info (without a space in between). This will only target ul elements that have the .contact-info class.

styles.css
ul.contact-info {
   font-size: 0.9em;
   margin: 0;
   padding:0;
   list-style: none;
}
