I've got a genymotion connection timeout occurred

Hi, When I've tried to add a virtual device to the genymotion, I got a genymotion connection timeout occurred. Can someone help me about it? Best

This is really irritating. I tried the same and it happened.

Surprisingly, when I connected my laptop with a mobile hotspot Internet connection, I was able to download the emulator images. Maybe some proxy is holding the Genyemotion to download the files.
