As stated, you have to add an else statement so.

var answer = prompt("What is the best programming language?");
if (answer === 'JavaScript') {
  alert("You are correct");
}else{
   alert("JavaScript is the best language!");
}

So to give more details, if ever the answer of the user isn't equal to "JavaScript", It'll be false and the code inside the if statement won't be executed, instead, It'll be "else" and the alert message telling "JavaScript is the best language!".
