Courses Plus Student 3,771 PointsYou forgot to add id.toUpperCase to the concatenated string and remove the double quote from lastName.toUpperCase. It should look like this...
var userName
userName = id.toUpperCase();
userName = id.toUpperCase() + "#" + lastName.toUpperCase();
