Javascript Conditional Statement Quiz Help:

var answer = prompt('What is the best programming language?');

if ( answer === 'JavaScript' ) { document.alert('You are correct'); }

else { document.alert('JavaScript is the best language!'); }

Can anyone see my mistake, rewritten it a couple of times and no dice :/

document.alert() is not a valid function in JavaScript.Either you can use alert() function or document.write() function to solve the problem.

var answer = prompt('What is the best programming language?');

if ( answer === 'JavaScript' ) { document.write('You are correct'); // or use alert('You are correct'); } else { document.write('JavaScript is the best language!'); // or use alert('JavaScript is the best language!'); }
