I had a similar problem when I started, although my Internet is great my laptop is old and can only run 2g and #sucked on WiFi, to get around this try running wired, if thats not an option close all other tabs and disconnect any devices from the network that's not being used, reboot your router / modem and run a speed test on your connection.
The videos are running fine for me so I assume it must lie with your hardware and/or connection.
