Android

libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile

this error shows up when i try to run my app on the AVD.

the AVD opens but my app does not start . the AVD is empty.

Can anyone help please

So as far as I know that's just a warning and it should run. Inside your AVD look for the APPS button can you find your app there?

i can not find an APPS button. any idea where it would be or what it is called on a nexus 6 avd?.

At the bottom of the AVD screen there should be a button with six dots click on it, look for your app and see if it runs. Also consider downloading genymotion lots of people use it for better performance instead of what android studio offers. Genymotion is just another Virtual Device https://www.genymotion.com/plugins/

my app still does not show up when i click those dotts. although now my AVD is open. i pressed run again and the app starts. weird that i have no button on the AVD to start it tho. thanks omar i will look into that emulator

No worries man glad to hear it's running :)
