line of code tells me to spell "Portfolio" and I did and it will not let me move on.

other than quotes I believe it was correct

You have put your list items outside your unordered list. They're supposed to be inside. Like this:

<ul>   <!-- Begin unordered list -->
    <li></li>   <!-- Inside unordered list -->
    <li></li>
    <li></li>
</ul> <!--  End unordered list -->
