Linked normalize.css to index.html, but I can't get rid of my bullet points

For some reason, the bullet points aren't disappearing on my webpage like they are in the video after linking normalize.css to my index.html. Not sure what's going on. It looks like maybe there are a couple broken lines of code in the file I downloaded?

For other bullet points that it doesn't remove you can also add this to the normalize.css or another external css document.

li { list-style-type: none; }

none should remove the bullets from all list items
