List Item with Recycle View

So I have completed the course on how to use and implement fragments and within the course I learnt how to use RecycleView.

My question is, say I have a button when its clicked then a new RecycleView is created and added to the rest of the list.

How would I go about doing that?

Do you mean a new item in the list is created? Then you would add the item to the list (it has to be a list that items can be added and removed from like a List<>; not an array) and call notifyDatasetChanged() the adapter.
