9,053 PointsLois-MacBook-Pro:odot Lois$ ruby -v yields different results from Jason.
So basically I'm following his instructions up until 7:29. Everything is the same until I type in this command "ruby -v" http://imgur.com/PH3eV56
Why is my version different from him...? "ruby 2.0.0p645 (2015-04-13 revision 50299) [universal.x86_64-darwin15]"
I know that my series is different than his because when I type in the command "rbenv install 2.2.1" I am asked if I want continue with installation? This is because I'm reinstalling this software because I kept getting a ton of errors, and I wanted to start fresh. Thats the only difference I see. I can't figure out why my version is different.. I know it may not make a difference, however because of issues I had later, I just wanted to follow the instructions by the letter.
Thanks in advance! Loi

9,053 PointsActually I figured out that last problem. I just issued it with the sudo command.

9,053 PointsYeah, evidently it matters. Just a moment later when I try to install the bundler gem I get this error http://imgur.com/tFNtBYY "ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::FilePermissionError) You don't have write permissions for the /Library/Ruby/Gems/2.0.0 directory."
