Loops chalenge

please help, i'm trying to complete this but I can't find a solution

Your never set the variable "sesam" to anything which means is will be undefined, and thus, your while-loop will never stop running.

Also - You already declared "var secret = ..." at the beginning of your code, so there is no need to re-declare it inside the loop :)

Try this instead:

var secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");

while(secret !== 'sesame') {
  secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");
}
document.write("You know the secret password. Welcome.");
